Departing from Khanigaon, we reach the confluence of Tarap Chu and Bharbung Khola, and cross a high suspension bridge. The trail ascends above the river before descending to Tarakot along the Thuli Bheri River. With a shorter trekking day, we have the afternoon to explore the impressive Lam Gompa.
