Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): Our first stop is the ancient Swayambhunath Stupa, perched on a hilltop, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Kathmandu. This sacred site is a beautiful symbol of faith for both Buddhists and Hindus.

Pashupatinath Temple: Next, we visit Pashupatinath, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple and cremation site. Here, you can witness and photograph traditional Hindu rituals along the Bagmati River, immersing yourselves in the local spiritual life.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: After a delicious lunch, we head to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic site showcasing stunning Newari architecture. Enjoy a photo session with locals in traditional attire or Hindu holy men (Sadhus), perfect for capturing unique and memorable portraits.

Pokhara is a vibrant hub for adventure and nature photography, serving as a gateway for treks such as the Annapurna Circuit Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, and Mardi Himal Trek. The short drive to Phedi provides a rich glimpse into local life in Nepal’s valleys, passing through small villages and markets. This journey offers luxury, comfort, and insight, preparing you for the trek ahead. Upon arriving at Phedi, your hiking adventure begins. The initial trail winds through lush forests and quaint hamlets, with the harmonious sounds of birds and rustling leaves enhancing the experience.

After a few hours of trekking, the village of Dhampus comes into view. Nestled amidst lush forests with panoramic views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare (Fishtail) peaks, Dhampus is a haven for trekkers. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program featuring traditional Tharu dances and music, followed by a delicious dinner. Unwind and prepare for the exciting activities in Chitwan National Park ahead.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before venturing into the wilderness on a jungle walk. This educational journey allows students to observe the diverse flora and fauna of Chitwan National Park up close. Afterward, embark on an adventurous canoe ride along the Rapti River. As you glide along the water, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the local ecosystems and spot playful monkeys in the treetops, elephants bathing in the river, and deer grazing peacefully on the riverbanks.

After lunch, delve deeper into the jungle with a thrilling Jeep safari. Begin your exploration with a visit to the Gorkha Durbar (Palace) complex, which includes the palace, fort, and temples. Students will learn about the bravery and valor of the Gurkha soldiers and explore the intricately carved architecture of the Newari artisans. The palace offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the distant Himalayas.

In the afternoon, visit the Gorakhnath and Kali temples within the palace complex, significant pilgrimage sites that provide insights into local religious practices. After breakfast in Gorkha, we start a scenic drive to Dhulikhel. This journey showcases Nepal's diverse landscapes, from the historic hills of Gorkha to the serene, panoramic views of Dhulikhel. Along the way, students will observe changing scenery, including terraced fields, quaint villages, lush forests, and winding mountain roads, appreciating Nepal's geographical diversity and rural lifestyle.

Upon arrival in Dhulikhel, check into your hotel and take some time to refresh. Dhulikhel is known for its stunning Himalayan views and tranquil ambiance, ideal for reflection and learning. Spend the afternoon exploring the surroundings and enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayan range. Students will gain insights into the local culture and history, enriching their educational experience. Conclude the day with a group discussion and a delicious dinner, preparing for the adventures ahead.

Start your day with a refreshing hike from Dhulikhel to Namobuddha. The trail begins with an uphill climb via Goukhu Mahadev, passing through Kavrekot and the Kali Mandir (temple). This 10 km hike takes approximately 4 hours and reaches its highest point at Namobuddha, which stands at 1750 meters. Along the way, students will enjoy glimpses of the Himalayas, explore Newari villages, and visit temples, gumbas, and chaityas, making the hike both scenic and educational.

On clear weather days, the hike offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks such as Gaurishankar, Dorje Lakpa, Chovabhamare, Langtang, Shishapangma, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Numbur, and Rolwaling. Namobuddha itself is a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site, known for the Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, the main attraction of the village. Here, students can learn about Buddhist practices and the historical significance of the site.

After exploring Namobuddha, we will drive back to Kathmandu for an overnight stay. Students can reflect on their experiences during the hike and share their insights over a group dinner. On your final day in Kathmandu, enjoy the morning free to explore the city at your own pace. This is a perfect time for some last-minute shopping, where students can buy souvenirs and experience the bustling markets of Thamel and Asan. They can immerse themselves in the vibrant local culture, observing the daily lives of Kathmandu's residents and practicing their bargaining skills.

In the afternoon, participate in a cooking class to learn how to prepare traditional Nepali dishes. This hands-on experience will teach students about Nepali cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques. After the class, enjoy a farewell dinner featuring the delicious dishes you've prepared.
