The trek starts with a steep climb from Sundarijal, leading you to the entrance of Shivapuri National Park. The trail then ascends narrow stairs to Mulkharka and continues through rural farm fields, cool forests, and the charming village of Borlang Bhanjyang, finally reaching Chisapani. From Chisapani, enjoy breathtaking views of the Jugal Himal, Ganesh Himal, Gauri Shanker, Rolwaling, Dorje Lakpa, and Langtang Himalayas.
Early morning in Chisapani offers panoramic vistas of the Langtang Himal range. The trek descends through picturesque meadows and farmlands, passing the quaint village of Pati Bhanjyang and the Sherpa settlement of Thankune Bhanjyang. You'll continue through terraced farms and woodlands, passing through the Tamang villages of Thotung and Golphu Bhanjyang. Today's trek involves an ascent to Thadepati Bhanjyang, the highest point of your Helambu Circuit Trek. You'll first reach the ridgeline of Yurin Danda, offering views of the Langtang range, Gosaikunda peak, and Jugal Himal. Continuing through Mera Danda and descending to the small village of Mangengoth, you'll then hike beyond the Thare Danda ridge to Tharepati, known for its panoramic views of the Langtang Ranges. After a brief climb, you'll descend through an ancient pine forest and follow the ridge spine, finally reaching the large Sherpa village of Melamchi Gaon.
